Cancellation and Reschedule Information
Visionpace strives to hold classes as scheduled, but if low enrollment or other circumstances occur beyond our control, Visionpace reserves the right to cancel classes 15 business days prior to its commencement date. Visionpace makes reasonable commercial efforts to notify registered individuals as soon as the class has been cancelled. Class cancellation notices are emailed directly to all registered students on record with Visionpace. In most cases, Visionpace will attempt to personally contact each student in addition to the email notification.

All students are advised not to make final travel arrangements until after receipt of the class registration confirmation email. Visionpace is not liable for any expenses related to travel or related to any changes in travel arrangements of any kind.

If Visionpace is forced to cancel a class for any reason in less then 15 working days, then affected student(s) will be offered another scheduled class if agreeable, or a refund. If a class is cancelled by Visionpace, Visionpace's liability is limited to tuition or registration fees only. All students will receive a full credit or refund of the tuition paid only for the cancelled class.

Visionpace recommends that all airline reservations be refundable. Visionpace is not responsible for non-refundable airline tickets, accommodation expenses or any other fees related to the cancellation of a Visionpace training class. Visionpace never reimburses anyone for ticket change fees or unused tickets. Airline reservations should be made a minimum of 14 days prior to the travel day in order to get the best rates. Airline reservations should not be made more then 30 days prior to the scheduled commencement date.

Student substitutions may be made at any time prior to the start of class. Course cancellations or reschedules made by the student must be received by fax or e-mail. If received at least 10 business days prior to the class start date, student will receive a full credit toward future class(es) of equal or lesser value for up to one year. If course cancellation or reschedule is received less than 10 business days before class, student receives a 75% non-refundable credit toward future classes . Failure to attend the course without written notification by fax or email prior to the start of the course will be considered a "No Show" and will result in forfeiture of the full course price.

A student may audit a class for up to one year from the date of the original class taken. All audits are subject to seat availability. Reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate the student's first choice; however, Visionpace reserves the right to cancel an audit if seats are no longer available. All audits must be approved by Visionpace and arranged at least 10 business days prior to the first day of class.
